Our Mission
Welcome to Insightful Therapy Solutions LLC. Established in March 2016 in the midtown professional district of Savannah, Insightful Therapy Solutions LLC, provides a variety of counseling/psychotherapy based services, with goal of helping each client reach their goals and manage the day to day challenges of the hectic 21st century life style. With an emphasis on the strengths and supports of each individual, we strive to facilitate positive change in a welcoming, supportive, and professional atmosphere.

Andrew McGahan

Founder, Director, CEO
Andrew McGahan, hails originally from the Washington, D.C. metro area. In October of 2015, seeking a change from the chaotic environment of the D.C. metro area, he relocated to the blossoming and charming city of Savannah. For the past 10 years, Mr. McGahan served as the clinical director for a Northern Virginia based non-profit, counseling agency. Mr. McGahan received his undergraduate degree in Social Work (BSW) from Arizona State University. In May of 2000, Mr. McGahan graduated from Howard University, with his Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW).
Clinically speaking, Mr. McGahan, has had the pleasure of serving in a variety of therapeutic environments including working with our Native American youth on the Gila River Indian Reservation (in Arizona) providing home-based services for the youth and their families; school-based counselor at an alternative school placement; homeless shelter counselor; therapist working with children within the context of a therapeutic foster care and adoption agency; and finally as clinical director providing therapy, clinical supervision, and developing community based psycho-educational workshops and programs for schools, churches, community centers, and the like.
